When data can’t leave the building, it doesn’t have to. Open models are AI models you can run on a machine you own, without sending your data to anyone. It isn’t always the right choice, and we tell you when a cloud service is fine.

Usually not. We start from the software you already pay for, where AI is often already included. We suggest something new only when what you have can’t do the job, and we tell you why.
No. A chatbot is one possibility among many: sorting email, reading documents, preparing quotes, connecting your tools, content. Often the most useful change isn’t a chatbot at all.
It depends on the data, and we decide it with you: a trusted cloud service for ordinary tasks, or open models on a machine you own when data can’t leave the building. Before anything goes live, the Data & AI sheet tells you which services are involved and where your data is processed.
The first call is free. The AI Map, our first real step, is a fixed €1,500 and takes about two weeks; if you build with us within three months, it is deducted from the project. Builds are quoted at a fixed price after the map, from €2,500 per system. Prices exclude VAT.
Yes, in a different way: we help your team choose and adopt tools, keep up with what changes, and review what you’ve built. Workshops, a monthly AI radar or a part-time AI lead.
No. We train your team on what we put in place, and we run workshops built on your own work, but we don’t teach generic AI courses.
