For IT and AI teams

Your team builds. We help it choose, adopt and keep up.

You already have people who work on technology. We help them pick the right tools, bring the rest of the company along, and keep up with a field that changes every month.

What we usually hear

Among Italian small and mid-sized companies already using or testing AI, 85% need highly qualified people and struggle to hire them, and fewer than 10% have started structured training. Politecnico di Milano, 2026, via Agenda Digitale

  1. Too many new tools, too little time to test them

Every week brings a new model or product. Your team has a day job, and evaluating all of it isn’t one.

  2. Pilots that never reach daily use

The demo worked. Six months later, people still do the task the old way.

  3. AI already in use, without rules

Colleagues paste documents into public chatbots because nobody said which tool is fine for which data.

Three ways we work with your team

  • Training and adoption

Workshops built on your own processes, rules on what can go into which tool, and people inside the company who help the others.

  • Tool scouting

What changed this month, what’s worth testing for your stack, and what to ignore. A landscape, not a list of links.

  • Advisory

A second opinion on your stack, your vendors and your plans, and help moving pilots into daily use.

How we choose a tool

We don’t resell licences, so we compare across vendors and explain why we’d pick one. Often the answer is a model or a feature you already pay for.

  1. Start from what you have

What your current tools can already do, before anything new.

  2. Cloud, hybrid or in-house

Decided per task and per type of data, not once for the whole company.

  3. Written down

Every recommendation comes with the reasons, the alternatives and what we’d test first.

Formats and prices.

Start with one workshop or one month of AI radar, and keep only what helps. Building something new starts, as always, with an AI Map (€1,500, fixed).

  • Team workshop

    €1,200half a day, up to 12 people

A working session built around your team’s real tasks and the tools you already pay for.

    • Prepared on your own processes, not on generic examples
    • Clear rules on what can go into which tool
    • A short written follow-up with what to try next
  • AI radar

    €450per month

What changed in AI this month, what’s worth testing for your stack, and what to ignore.

    • A monthly brief written for your stack
    • A one-hour session with your team
    • A shortlist of tools to evaluate, with the reasons
  • Advisory

from €1,800per month, two days a month

A part-time AI lead alongside your team: a second opinion on choices, pilots and vendors.

    • A review of your AI stack and plans
    • Help moving pilots into daily use
    • Vendor and model choices, explained
  • Private AI setup

from €4,000plus hardware, quoted after the map

Open models on a machine you own, for the work that can’t leave the building.
